F1 (Formula 1) World Grand Prix Commentary by -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
On Saturday the 13th of March 2010 the Qualifying of the first F1 World Grand Prix in Bahrain will start.
The Qualifying & the Race will be Commentated by

The Commentary for Qualifying starts at 10AM GMT/11AM CET so I can explain all about the new Teams, Drivers, Rules, Regulations, how Qualifying works and any other information. Qualifying itself will start at 11AM GMT/12PM CET and should last around an hour and a half-ish, although it may last longer if there are any incidents on the track that cause the session to be temporally stopped.
The Commentary for the Race starts at 11AM GMT/12PM CET so I can explain for anyone that missed the Qualifying. The Race itself will start at 12PM GMT/1PM CET & will not last longer than 2 hours, even if there are stoppages.
The first race of 2010 is going to be very exciting as new rules are in place (fuel pit stops are banned, only tyre changes allowed being one rule for 2010), there's new teams, new drivers & everyone wants to see how the new Mercedes team (who were the winning Brawn team of 2009) are this season!
I will be on IRC as I am Commentating, but I can't promise I'll be able to type much as sods law will probably kick in as soon as I look away from the TV screen to look at the PC, meaning I'll miss an important/cool/amazing/shocking crash/pass/pit stop/etc. However, I'll try my best.
Any questions, please ask using the Comments system on this page or simply ask me on IRC!
Last thing: If the shows go well & I get good listener numbers who are interested & like the show, I will do all of the other races, as long as the interest is there.
