Abram "iBram" Scheulderman was born a musician. From the moment he could talk he was singing along with Rock songs and started to enjoy all sorts of music.
On an early age his interest for computers and technology started developing and it wasn't long before he combined it with his interest for music. This combination of interests logically led to a preference for the synthesizer which he played for a couple of years.

While his knowledge of and interest in technology kept growing his musical preferences started changing and he switched from synthesizer to a more classical instrument: the oboe. Next to playing the oboe he also started focussing on working with existing music material on computers and started to learn the techniques behind recording, mixing and composing.

In 2002 Abram started DJ'ing and his nickname "iBram" was born. In the beginning of his DJ career he used a Hercules DJ Console in combination with an Apple PowerMac. In the following years Abram played at quite a lot of venues and got a name as a young yet professional Dance and House DJ.

These days he uses a completely digital DJ setup consisting out of: two MacBook Pro's running Traktor and Ableton Live, two Pioneer CDJ-800s using timecode, one Akai APC-40 control unit configured for Traktor and Live and a Pioneer DJM-700 Mixer.

While Abram mostly spins Dance, House and Trance music he tries to incorporate his love for rock, alternative and classical music in his sets by playing a lot of complex tracks with interesting melodies and buildups.

Next to DJ'ing Abram currently studies musicology, records and produces small bands, sings, plays a little guitar and keyboard/piano and still loves to play the oboe.
